Taking time to plan my day allows me to recognise potential potholes and have a strategy to move around them.

Effective planning has a few steps.

A. list out everything on mind to do on paper.

B. prioritise 1 to 5 each one based on

1 – urgent needs doing asap

2 – needs doing soon

3 – needs doing sometime

4 – would like to do sometime

5 – doesn’t make a difference if do it or not.

C. List all ones together so clear this should be where main focus should be.

D. Put days schedule with times like a hour by out task list putting number 1s first then 2 priorities next.
