If you are interested in having a balanced and harmonious calm mind then i recommend you look into The Sedona Method.
Its been around a long time and is a very practical and effective Method to help keep yourself well mentally.
I would go as far as to say everyone would have a use for this method and its something you will continue to use for many years to come.
In my search for self awareness ive been to many courses, talks, retreats, religious gatherings, practical psychology experts, counsellors and healers and therapists. Its from a place of interest and intrigue that i stumbled upon the Sedona Method. Its been my go to therapy since 2014 and I enjoy sharing it with others now.
Since November 2022, I was invited to participate in a mentorship program which gave me and 40 others world wide the opportunity to work alongside Hale Dwoskin in training to be a sedona Method coach or intructor. Along this journey one of our assignments is to hold support calls.
As a group called the releasing community grouped together to offer Friday calls, i felt the pull to contribute. The recording is below also aired live on 14th July 2023.
